A newer system comes with a longer warranty and shelf life. However if you are on a budget, a second hand system can also get the job done provided it's not too old and has been tested. We sell both types of systems.
Yes. We have some software with no monthly charges. Which software you need will depend on the features you business require. Get in touch with us so we can guide you which software would be best for you.
This depends on how tech savvy you are. We're quite experienced with POS software so I recommend getting us to program your menu. It will save you quite a bit of time and hassle. Once we've initially programmed the system, it gets easy to add individual products down the line.
Yes. However like with anything, it takes time to learn something new. We'll have an extensive training session to make sure you are comfortable with the system. And if you need help programming your menu, we're happy to do that.
Yep, as long as it's not too old. You can send us photos and specs of your existing hardware and we'll usually be able to tell if your hardware is suitable or not.
Yes, we provide free text and email support to all businesses. If you need us to come to site, there's an outcall fee but we will waive this if the fault happens to be on our end.
Yes, all our new equipment comes with a 12 month warranty and all our second hand items comes with 6 month warranty.
